Day 1: Saturday: AVIGNON / ST REMY DE PROVENCE

Arrival in Avignon TGV station (even Marseille Marignane Airport) where your English speaking guide/tour conductor welcome you. Then, you can choose your transportation: Sport or Deluxe cars even GT motorcycle self drive, or Deluxe minibus with driver. Departure for Avignon historical center. Lunch in a very typical and uncommon restaurant. Afternoon, you will discover the fantastic Pope’s Palace. Then you will end your Avignon visit with a stop at Angladon Museum. Departure on late afternoon towards Saint Rémy De Provence.

Day 2: Sunday: ST REMY DE PROVENCE / ARLES / GORDES

Full breakfast in hotel restaurant. Departure for Arles and old town city tour. Then, visit at REATTU Museum. Lunch in Arles restaurant. We will come back to the Alpilles mountains area toward an old typical village, Les Baux De Provence. After the village visit, you will discover the spectacular Picasso 2009 show at the « Cathédrale d’Images » located just at village’s foot. Then, you will proceed to Gordes through very scenic roads.

Day 3 : Monday : GORDES / MENERBES / AIX EN PROVENCE

Full breakfast in restaurant. You will take this morning a lovely road in the Luberon Park to reach Ménerbes. Proceed to Aix En Provence. Lunch in Aix. GRANET Muséum visit scheduled in the afternoon. End of afternoon at leisure to stroll in old town streets.

Day 4: Tuesday: AIX EN PROVENCE / ST TROPEZ

Full breakfast in hotel’s restaurant. Stop and visit of Château de Vauvenargues located close to Aix en Provence.
Catherine Hutin, Picasso’s daughter, announced her decision to open the Vauvenargues castle’s gate for the public in 2009. Her father lived there between 1959 and 1965 and his grave is closed to the main staircase. Then, you will take the Haut Var scenic roads to reach Lorgues village. Lunch in a fantastic place at restaurant « Chez Bruno » the truffle king! Proceed to Saint Tropez then city tour.

Day 5: Wednesday: ST TROPEZ / ANTIBES

Full breakfast in the restaurant. Then, you will start by the coastal road (Corniche de l’Esterel) for Antibes. Lunch in Antibes. Château Grimaldi and Picasso Museum visit.
After the visit, stop at the Absinth bar at the Provence market for a drink. Then, accommodation at your hotel.

Day 6 : Thursday : ANTIBES / VALLAURIS / ANTIBES

Full breakfast. Departure for PICASSO Museum in Vallauris.
Then you will discover the Ceramic Museum. Lunch in Vallauris. Leisure time to discover many art galleries and maybe the MADOURA work-room (where Picasso worked) and that shows contemporary works. Come back in late afternoon to Cap d’Antibes.

Day 7 : Friday : ANTIBES / MOUGINS / SALON DE PROVENCE

Full breakfast. Leaving for Mougins and its PICTURES Museum (with Picasso portraits). In late morning, departure for Draguignan and lunch on road. Then, going west through magnificent Haut Var department landscapes. Accommodation in l’Abbaye de Sainte Croix close to Salon de Provence 4****

Day 8 : Saturday : SALON DE PROVENCE / AVIGNON - DEPARTURE

Full breakfast. Departure for Avignon and vehicles drop off Transfer to the TGV station or to Avignon and Marignane airport
